Business Development & Market Expansion Specialist
Responsibilities
- Develop channels and acquire customers for ACT Agent products in target markets
- Create and execute market expansion plans to meet company sales targets
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners and distributors
- Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, tech seminars, and marketing events
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Collaborate with product team on customer needs research and solution design
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and develop differentiation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
- 2+ years experience in SaaS software, enterprise services, or AI product market expansion
- Familiar with enterprise software sales processes and strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and business negotiation skills
- Strong market analysis ability and business acumen
- Ability to independently conduct market research, client visits, and business negotiations
- Good teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in AI technology and willingness to learn about technical products
Bonus Points
- Experience in AI, big data, cloud computing, or related industries preferred
- Experience in channel management and agent training preferred
- Successful track record in acquiring large enterprise clients preferred
- Fluent English for business communication preferred
Product Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall planning, design, and iterative optimization of ACT Agent products
- Deeply understand user needs, conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop product roadmap, define direction and feature priorities
- Write detailed product requirements documents and user stories
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Track product metrics, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize user experience
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch and promotion strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Product Design, Psychology, or related fields
- 3+ years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Familiar with full product development lifecycle and strong product design skills
- Proficient in user research methods and data analysis tools
- Excellent logical thinking and requirements analysis abilities
- Strong cross-department communication and project management skills
- Understanding of AI technology with ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Strong user empathy and user experience design skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI assistants, smart office, or enterprise service products preferred
- Familiarity with RAG architecture and large language model application development preferred
- Technical background with ability to understand implementation details preferred
- Experience with product development from 0 to 1 preferred
